I took a lot of photos during all my adventuring. Maybe not so many as I could have, but still a lot in 10 months of doing stuff. And most of them are pretty awesome.
There were some though, that for whatever reason I just liked way more. So for your viewing pleasure, I have put together my top 10 favorite photos from my entire journey in chronological order.
Of course Machu Picchu is amazing, but I especially liked this one that was taken with my phone, and got a little lens flare going. Maybe it's cheesy, but I liked it.

In the middle of Quito, this sculpture is made out of a bunch of rebar welded together. I took this walking through one night just before sunset, and love the sky colors behind the globe.

Quito, Ecuador |
Watching sunset from the top of the bluff in Sua, we snapped this. Just a bunch of friends having fun.

Speaking of friends, I love how this selfie with Taryn turned out. We both look great, and Bogota through the mist in the background is awesome.
|
Bogota, Colombia |
Climbing up to the cross with hostel folk, this is the worst YMCA attempt in history, and it makes me giggle every time.
|
Cali, Colombia |
I was originally taking a picture of the metalwork in the window for a friend, and afterwards noticed the reflection. I love the palm tree, and how all the colors just go well together, and with the yellow of the frame.

Guatape, Colombia |
So many pretty churches, but especially this one all lit up at night in Cartagena. How the colors came out get me.

Cartagena, Colombia |
This is what a fish attacking you looks like. Plus sergeant majors are such an awesome yellow.
|
Bocas del Toro, Panama |
Not only did I get to see quetzels in the cloud forest, I managed to get an awesome photo through binoculars of one. I think the roundness makes an interesting photo as well.
|
Monteverde, Costa Rica |
All the macaws at the bird reserve were beautiful, but I especially love this shot looking backwards all puffed up.
|
Copan, Honduras |
Honorable mentions:
I already had one Machu Picchu photo, but I really love the llamas all lined up looking out at the ruins.
|
Machu Picchu, Peru |
It never occurred to me that pelicans could (and would) sit in trees until I watched it happen. I thought this guy was so picturesque on the end of his palm out over the beach.
|
San Blas Islands, Panama |
Since Bolivia happened after the initial choosing, it's only fair that it gets representation. I made myself choose only one... when jumping photos work perfectly.
|
Uyuni Salt Flats, Bolivia |
